The Changi Beach Park is a 3.3km stretch of beach front shoreline which stretches from Changi Village through the entire Changi Coastal Road to end at the Changi Ferry Terminal.
This journey took me from the entrance of the Airport Cargo Complex to the beach front. At Airline Lane right before the Airport Cargo Complex, you would be able to take bus 9, 19 and 89 which loops. You would need to align before the security checkpoint as the Airport Cargo Complex is a high security area and accessible to security checks. I believe the public buses which enters it would need to be searched before being permitted to enter.
Since the place is near the Changi International Airport, you would see a lot of incoming planes entering into the Singapore airspace.

The Changi Ferry Terminal is a Malaysian Ferry Terminal which operates ferry services to Tanjung Belungkor in Johor. This terminal used to ferry cars and vehicles but I understand it does not do so now
There is another ferry terminal called Changi Point Ferry Terminal which is near Changi Village. This is a Singapore Ferry Terminal where you could take bumboats to Pulau Ubin, Singapore and Pengerang in Johor, Malaysia
